I started my Incubator Thursday night and today I noticed I didn't have my egg turner plugged in. It has been 4 days I also ordered these eggs from a breeder. I am not going to throw them out I am going to go ahead and go through with it. How much do you think 4 days without the egg turner unplugged would effect the chick development?

I dont think it will make much of a difference just because i once couldnt turn mine for three days due to travel issues and they were all still fine :) good luck

They are hatching now. I have 3 hatched and 4 will be soon. Those are out of my Golden Lace. The Blue Splash I ordered are making me nervous. It is only day 21 but they haven't pipped their shells yet. There is 13 of the Blue Splash in there.

These are 5 of the Golden Lace Wyandotte. I have one more still in the incubator encouraging another one out of its shell. One is still resting with its beak sticking out of the hole in its shell. Another one pipped and waiting to see it progress.

These Golden Lace are from my own stock not the eggs I had shipped. I am worried about the ones I had shipped. Today is day 21 and no sign of pipping.
