opened up navel?

I have a day old bantam chick. I was picking at what I thought was pasty butt but looks like it turned out to be a scab over the navel. It opened up a bled slightly. Not a lot of blood but I am wondering what I should do so it doesn't get infected. Soap?

Maybe a dab of blue kote (sp?)
You don't want the other chicks pecking the area........

A tiny bit of peroxide applied with a Q tip and then neosporin without the pain killer ingredient. Keep her separate to make sure the other don't pick on her. They could kill her.
