Opening and Closing?

When I am opening and closing my incubator is it okay if the temp drops to 95 and slowly creeps it way back up. Also if my light bulb runs out how long can my eggs go without a heat source?

Eggs can survive very long periods without heat. What the termination period and at what temp is a lot of variables then add in what age into incubation and there really is no answer to that. It's normal for a brooding hen to leave the nest once a day for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep in mind your reading air temperature not the internal temp of the egg. That's what counts.
