Opinions needed on FEED...

FRM is not available in my area, nor have I ever used it. But I looked at the website with the ingredients list and it looks like a fairly normal feed. I like that soybean meal is not the first ingredient as I feel that is overused in many feeds. But otherwise it looks comparable to any other feed.

Im using Purina right now. I have heard of FRM feed but I have never used it. My daddy has used it for our horses and I've never heard him complain. The only other feed I have used for my chickens is Dumor(SP) from TSC. I didn't like it at all. It just didn't smell or look right to me. Its hard to explain but I just didn't like it. My feed store also pushes purina and have told me that it is really the best. I trust them and don't mind paying $13/50lbs. I will try and see if I can find that dog food you are talking about. It sounds great. Hope this helps!!!!

Cool, so F-R-M is not a cheapo brand with alot of fillers then?

All you have to do is compare the ingredient and nutrient labels.
If' it's "half the price" its' generally half the nutrition.

"Brand" isnt all that important. Its the chemical analysis that matters​
