Opinions please: Is Shy a She or a He?

I have suspected that one of our pullets is a roo, but being a first-timer, I'm definitely not an experienced eye. Shy has always been the most "aggressive", dominant, etc. but I know that doesn't necessarily make her a he. They are almost 10 weeks old. Please take a look and let me know what you think. Thanks!

Looks like a pullet to me.

Edit: I have a hen that acts like a rooster, she is definitely the dominant hen. She makes sure she eats first and drinks first. She is such a character though! Haha
