Oprah stopped laying......

Hi all, My hen "Oprah"was recentley not feeling well. She stopped laying. We thought she might be on another diet. LOL. After giving her some meds and food from a dropper, she is better now. She is up and around, eating and drinking on her own, but no eggs now for 5 days. Is this normal for a hen that was recentley sick?
