Optimum egg temperature?

Hi guys,

I am purchasing some fertile Japanese Quail eggs tomorrow and would like to know how to store them and what is the optimum temperature for storage. I am borrowing a friends incubator so want to read the book and test the machine before putting the eggs in on Thursday/Friday. Will they be ok?

from what i hear you can store them ay 60 degrees for a week, turn them once a day

I have read 55° and also to just leave them out in the natural surrounds for 8-10 days as she would do so I might experiment with a couple of methods.
