Looking for options on how to either add or replace bottom frame where it sits on ground. I like to move it about several times a month but want something that will protect or detour wood from decaying slower. Pic is of my coop. Any suggestions? Thought about attaching old skis or replace with pressure treated wood.

I would simply attach treated wood to bottoms instead of replacing. Much easier, and will accomplish the ground contact issue. :thumbsup
To make coop easier to move around, you can make a dolly board, (two) and place one under each end of coop. Then simply push. Then remove boards until next time move.

A dolly board is 2x4 with wheels on the ends. I didn't know:idunno how else to call it. The wheels can be recycled lawnmower wheels.

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and:welcome
