Oral Oxytetracycline Dose

I have a Rooster that has been showing symptoms of a respiratory infection for over a week with no improvement. Base on the symptoms im suspecting Mycoplasma Gallisepticum.

I have LA-200 and would like to give it orally as i don't have anyone to help me and I almost fainted when i tried to give him the antibiotic by injection a couple days ago.
He weighs 6lbs 14oz

Oxytetracycline injectable is a cattle medicine given as an injection into muscle once and again in 3 days if needed. There is no official dosage for chickens. If you use it, here is an old post that you can believe or not:

In the meantime I would try to get Tylosin powder to use in his water here:

Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 3-5 days.
