Has anyone ever had trouble getting in contact with purely poultry or other online breeders? Its been over 5 business days and I have no received a hatch date for my call ducklings and I am very nervous they will send them out without telling me and the poor babies will be sitting at the post office without my knowledge. I have tried to email them once however If i email again, it says I will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist to be answered. I have also tried calling multiple times and gotten the message "All of our representatives are busy at this time, please call back later" and then they hang up. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
