M planning on getting two pullets very soon and I wanted to make a very last check on what the rules are. We would keep them in a small coop in our backyard.we live in the city so I'm not sure. Ive heard of a special program you can sign up for and they will let you if you get a permit. But I'm not sure; Internet results are unclear. Does anyone live in the area who knows the details?
