Could anyone here tell me what parts of Georgia allow chickens? Specifically the southern part. Sorry didn’t know where to put this :/

It varies by county and then, even if a county allows them, a covenant in a subdivision can say no. There is no way to really answer your question for you. Go to your county ordinances, if online, and see them in writing. And if you live in a development, those rules will outweigh county laws. Do not rely on anyone to tell you by mouth. Even law enforcement can get it wrong.

My extreme North GA county is very rural and many have chickens and other livestock, however, there are numerous subdivisions that have rules against them. Here in my own small development, I can have anything except pigs. County rules are very loose or non-existent, but subdivision covenants supercede those.
