No, you'd need a condensed source for that purpose from a health food store or naturopath. when it's that strong it can be caustic, so I'd advise against it for ducks. What are you trying to treat?

I have oregano in my garden and the ducks won't touch it. I'd be afraid if you did add it to food the taste would stop your duck from eating.

Are you asking because of your drake?
If so I would absolutely try natural antibiotics, but this is important.
This prolapse could be fatal, if you want to save your drake, you really need to take the advice given and amputate the dead tissue from the phallus.
