A friend is re-starting a soycrushing plant with refinery in Massena, which can service NY, Vt, Ontario and Quebec. I would like to know where you are located and where you are obtaining your organic feeds at present. Also who manufactures the feed you use, as this plant will sell to companies which formulate the soy high protein meal with other ingredients. It can be high (47%) protein with de-hulled soy or 44% protein with the hull fiber left in. Dairy animals use the latter and poultry generally the de-hulled.
