Orphaned Jack rabbit kits, Help!

Years ago i raised some baby jackrabbits. It has been so long ago that I don't remember all that I did. I am sure you know this, but jackrabbits are hares, not rabbits. Unlike rabbits, it is unlikely that you can tame them. As I remember, I fed them rabbit pellets and hay. They did fine and I was able to release them.

I don't plan to try and tame it, I just want it to have a chance at survival.

And,the only rehab center nearby only takes cats,. So, I'm gonna have to do this myself.

there has gotta be at least one rehab center in ALL of the US. i would call the closest one you can find (doesn't matter how far, really) and ask them how you can take care of the one you have left. good luck!
