Orphans

One of my free ranges chickens showed up this morning with 13 new chicks. This afternoon a neighbor's dog killed the hen and now I have 12 orphans. Attached is a picture of one. I am hoping someone can tell me how old they are so that I can know where I am in the raising chicks process?

Sorry for the loss of your hen. The chick pictured appears to be 2 or 3 days old.
