This is strictly a Orpington contest. It will be a strictly judged show. So please only post good show quality Orps. The rules are listed below. There will be NO prize.

Rules:

1. ONLY ORPINGTONS

2. ONLY SHOW QUALITY ORPS.

3. ONLY medium pics.

4. Must list the following,
Name, Age, Color, small fact about your bird.

Example:

Name, Goldie
Age, 10 months
Color, Buff
Fact, loves his girls and his favorite treat are eggs.

We had (RIP) an orp who was a sweetie, I believe she was hatchery stock but I am not sure. By show quality do you mean actual show birds or just not crosses?

I'll start, although mine is not show quality. She's a lovely bird and a great layer though! Sorry about the mud, these were taken right after 15 inches of snow melted.

Fact: She will knock you over and threaten your life if you stand between her and a meal worm

All the girls have kept mostly clean- but their legs in all the photos I took looked like they might have mites...no mites, just lots and lots of yucky mud! I'm so ready for some sunshine!
