Orpington eye issues

Hello All , hoping someone might have an idea about what I’m seeing (pictures posted below).
I have three Orpingtons, 10 weeks old. I noticed maybe a week ago two of my girls had red around their eyes, and one does not. I’m in central New Mexico, and there have been lots of allergens in the air lately after a bunch of rain. Any thoughts/treatments (if necessary)? Thanks again!

The red is just from them maturing, they are perfectly fine and there is nothing to worry about.
