Orpington Hen mounting smaller hens

Our really sweet rooster was killed by a neighbor’s dog in April (that problem has been handled). I hesitated to add another rooster, but Miss Peaches (2 year old Lavender Orpington) has started mounting flockmates just like a rooster. I thought once was just a random thing, but yesterday I witnessed multiple bantams get a little smooshed in the process. NOW I understand why some of the flock has random feathers pulled out.

If I adopt a young rooster being given away, will this solve the issue? She is much bigger than most of her unfortunate paramours.

ETA: I have 24 hens and they have a large, fenced-in pasture. They can fly over the fence and free-range in fields if they please (and some do frequently).
