orpington?

At first i thought that this chicken was a black orp. But its just not growing. I have two otheryyellow orps and they are the same age, 30 weeks, and they are laying but this black one is so small and is not laying yet.

Where did you get it? From the photo it looks to have yellow legs so can not be an Orpington. Orpington have white legs and skin.

I got it from moby dick pet Store in Waterford MI. It was a guess that its an orp because the other two yellow ones were orps.

Buckeye maybe? Can't tell if that is a pea comb or single comb in photo.


If you do a search via web or here for Buckeye you'll see that's what her coloring looks like but they have pea combs.

Well that still doesn't explain why it wont grow.
It does eat food.
