While waiting for the arrival of our "Cackle Hatchery Surprise" we decided to make a brooder that would help with my back injury. He has it set to hand height for me. He is very sweet to do this for me. 5ft (long),2ft (deep),14in *(high) with it being 3ft high in total with the legs.I love to paint so I couldn't stand to see it bare. 
We have some dividers made if we get any turkeys, geese or ducks. Our surprise should be arriving at our post office in the morning. My 9 year old daughter was so excited that she actually had trouble falling asleep. She will be going with me to pick our babies up. We made her aware that some might have not survived the trip and she is ok with it. She says they all will make it, I just have that feeling. We can't wait to go. My daughter had organized everything for her to get ready in the weee hours of the morning to go with me.
