Hello!
my name is Natalie. I live in a small town in central Utah. I have actually been terrified of birds my whole life as my grandpa raised a large amount of pheasants for many years and they hated kids and would chase me. My 7 year old has always dreamed of being a “farmer” and has always loved chickens. When school was shut down for COVID I finally caved to give her some responsibility. We rescued 4 Lohman Browns from an egg farm that shut down and abandoned thousands of hens and also grabbed 4 chicks from IFA. I have since become a chicken lover and love all my chickens. We have the four original LB, 2 BSL, 2 Sicilian Buttercups and a mystery hen. I’m excited to learn more and be a better chicken mom to my (I mean my daughters
) chickens.
