Our chicks are almost 3 weeks old

They have had hard boiled eggs already and I would love to get them some meal worms. Does Tractor Supply sell them? Do most feed stores?

In Ohio where we live, I'm not sure that TSC carries mealworms, but you can buy them at Wal-Mart and also the gas station down the road carries them. Pet shops too! They would have a good time with crickets! It's fun to watch too!

Bait shops, pet stores, just about anywhere that deals with reptiles. Very easy to find. But I suggest buying online. You can get 1,000-2,000 for 12$-15$ shipped. While at a pet store a tub that hold 50 usually cost 2.50$. Breeding them is also much more productive! Good luck!

I think the meal worms can come dead or alive. They sell meal worms that are sort of dried as chicken treats.....Seriously the crickets are live and chickens just LOVE them! They just run after them.....at first they might be a bit timid about the crickets.....

I've only ever gotten live mealworms. They are a huge hit! I get them from Petco or Petsmart.
