Can anyone tell me what's going on with this duckling? Born about an hour ago. Very strange thing underneath and it's bleeding.

That is it's navel and it hasn't sealed up yet. Is it still bleeding? Keep the duckling on a damp cloth in the incubator until it's sealed and dry. You may notice a scab forming when it's dry. This will fall off by itself, don't touch it. You can dab a little antibiotic cream (one without painkiller) on the area to help prevent infection.
