Our first large/extra large egg

Yesterday I went out to check the nesting boxes before I went to work. I saw an egg in the coop. I think someone laid it while they were still on the roost. It was cracked. OPps. So I checked the nesting boxes again when I got home from work. I couldn't believe what I found. I got a double yolker and our first large/extra large egg.

Along with 7 pullet eggs. Then Oreo decided to go into the nesting box when everyone else was going up on the perch. She stayed there all night and this morning I found an egg. That is the most I've gotten. Ten eggs and I have 11 layers.

Awesome! I have gotten 10 of 10 this week, and one was a Big One too... my son says he's claiming it lol
