This is our pound find Annie. She loves our chickens and keeps an eye on them like a hawk (sorry). We have 3 large dogs in the yard, but Annie takes her job seriously. BTW we for the second year in a row have hawks building a nest in the woods behind our coop. Thank goodness we have Annie.

thats great. My Tobi babysits my flock when they free range. She was just sharing some leftover pasta out of the same bowl with our little hen Viola today.

Awwww! She is so sweet! I'd love to have a dog protect my girls like that! We got a puppy a few weeks ago, but he's pretty interested in the chickens...... not in the good way
