We only have one adult breeding pair of pea's (5 other's that are approaching a year). They were bought late last fall so we have never gotten to see his tail. Up until yesterday they were stuck inside the barn b/c we needed to finish their run. Well, we finally got to it yesterday and opened their doors to let them out. They were tentatitve yesterday but all did come out for at least a bit. This morning I was getting myself another cup of coffee when I looked out to the backyard and saw my handsome boy, showing off his beautiful tail! WOW!
We all went running out to check him out. I grabbed a few pics with the cell phone. these really do not do him justice. Need to get the real camera out!
He was shaking it around and showing off for his lady so I'm hoping that eggs won't be too far away now!
