Hi!
I’ve had chickens for 4 years now. We have 7 chickens, 4 new babies and introduced a friends 5-6 yr old hen tonight! Our older girls are black copper Marans, lavender orpington, golden laced Wyandotte and a cuckoo Maran. The babies are jersey giants and olive eggers. My new adopted older hen is an austrolorp. Our girls are just fun! It’s a fun social thing for us, especially the kids. We’re not big egg eaters and don’t plan on eating our girls either lol
I am also a keeper of bees and have 4 hives
2 Australian shepherds and 2 children. My boy is 7 and daughter is 2.
I am a yoga therapist by profession and also homeschool my littles. I also love to garden and have an ongoing permaculture spread .. My husband builds outdoor living spaces that are just magical
