Our Monroe WA show results

[L&Schickens]

We went to a show in Monroe WA yesterday. It was a 1 day show, the best kind IMO ( ; We saw a lot of other BYCer's there. That was fun.
We only took D'anvers this time. Left the Wellies at home. But Loren took his Dutch bantam hen, Rosie, for Showmanship and did great. Not champion, but still good.
The 6 D'anvers we brough got 4 1st places and won $15. So that was also very good.

The day started at 5:00am for us and the little guy was soooo tired on the way home.

Congrats!!! We were also there and saw your little boy and I commented to my husband how tired he looked at the end of the show.

Of course I didn't realize at the time that you were all fellow BYC'ers!!!

Congrads! I looked at your pics and you can see my Sussex (light) cockerel in the background of the second pic! LOL No one bought him, though...

Was your son's first show?

That's about we felt on the way home last night...except I was driving...so I had to battle to stay awake back to Okanogan!

I'm kind of glad he didn't sell after one of the judges told me not to sell him.

I showed a Light Sussex Pullet, Black Sumatra Pullet and Bantam White Houdan pullet.​

I didn't meet anyone but Royce.....

I had to sit at my ABC table most of the day. Did anyone meet me and not tell me they were from BYC??????
