Hello Friends!
I just had to post a photo of our newest little babies on the farm.
From bottom to top: Daphne (Light Brahma), Sweet Pea - Sweetie (Lavender Orpington), Roberta - Birdie (Barnevelder), and Preppy (Speckled Sussex.) We are in love, of course. Chicks are just pure happiness. Happy Spring!

Aww they’re adorable! I have two Sussex’s! I love spring! My chick fever is very very bad! And I have to go to tractor supply!! I’m going to struggle so much trying not to buy chicks!!!

The struggle is real. I almost picked up chicks back in February but I wanted specific breeds at our feed store so I had to wait. It.was.so.hard.

I was waiting for some buff orp chickens/black australorp, but ended up with three buckeyes and two speckled Sussex. they're about a month old now!
