Our Shed with an identity Crisis PICS!

No run for the standards yet, a work in progress. The run will be all the that area around the bantam run closed in from the front of the shed over to the house. Do you have pics posted of yours coup or have you yet to start? I need ideas on roost placement in the standard coup....

Hi there!

. I'm from WV too, Randolph County..just wanted to say your coops look very nice...On the other byc ezboard there is a great thread started in the coop section with lots of pics ...might find some good roost ideas there....

Hi There! We looked at houses in Elkins. Its a beautiful place. We would have bought there but the market was really tight. I think there were only 4 houses for sale in the whole town at the time. We ended up in Mineral County near Cumberland, MD

My current coop started as a tractor and grew into a mini condo we were
gonna use for Silkies. I'll post some pics later. It's not even close to being finished.
It probably never will. I'll give it away once my next coop is done or maybe use
it for bunnies my wife wants.

I'm hoping to have a permanent coop finished by October and wanted to integrate
a coop into a shed since I REALLY need both. When I saw your design it was
so much better than whatI had in mind. I love the way you have the standards
seperated by a fenced interior wall and I also love the way they are in back.
I was going to build a 12 Deep x 16 or 18 wide shed and have the coop on one side.
The way you did it is SO much better. You can visit your chickies without having to be
outside or physically in their coop. Heck, you can work on your tractor while your
girls keep you company. The Bantam setup you have just makes it even better.
