Our Tom is aggressive towards my husband but not me

We got a pair of turkeys when they were babies, they are now on their 2nd summer with 5 additional female offspring. Tom has recently started being very aggressive towards my husband but doesn't bother me at all. I realize it's spring so it's breeding season but does he know my husband is a male?? I fed them bread treats through the winter, my husband filled their feed and gave them fresh water. Why the aggressive behavior towards him?

Greetings from Kansas, alaskablue, and ! Great to have you aboard! Sorry you're having some tom turkey troubles. I've raised turkeys from time to time and I will usually just process any bird that gets too big for his britches. Hope you come up with a workable solution. Best wishes and thanks for joining BYC!
