[Champagne and Chickens]

First Post! Happy to be here!! The chicks are 5 weeks old, they will go outside on Friday. We were working on their coop today so we let them run around in their run and Now we’ve brought them back inside for the night and they are acting CRAZY!!! Like they’ve never acted before. Stepping on top of each other in a corner of their brooder, clucking like it’s the end of the world! Are they missing being outside?? I’m wondering if they ate something that is making them act like this...???

Maybe they need some time to settle. It was an exciting day for them. Is anything different in the brooder?
