Out of Place Feathers

Does the image that I attached below show signs of molting? Recently we've been experiencing below freezing temperatures almost every day, and I've noticed that a few of my chicks feathers look maybe duller, although most do still shine in certain angles of light. I've noticed it on both hens, however, that some feathers seem to be popping out of place (like the white feather in the second image), and especially today after their dust bath, that the feathers around their legs are bendinh oddly and keep sticking out of place. Is this something to be concerned about?

I see nothing of concern.

They do shed 1 or 2 feathers on a occasion, dust bathing helps the removal. Nothing to worry about.
