Outdoor brooder for baby ducks?

hi all, I raised my last ducks in the house for 3 weeks, and I'm not wanting to do THAT again. So I have my order from holderread's that just came in yesterday, and they're in the house again.

I would like suggestions for outdoor brooders. We have a barn/shed but my DH said NO MORE ducks in there LOL. So it would really need to be outside. Anyone brood their babies in the great outdoors?

I would love to see pictures, ideas for brooding outside.

I would think it need to be ultra secure, under cover and protected by the elements. I have no idea. Mine are in their kiddie pool which is inside a hottub frame in the garage. They were in my bathtub for the first week. Their next stop will be their house when it is finished.
