Outside chicks at 3 weeks

I have 3 chicks that are 1 week old, we experience power outages frequently in my area due to snowstorms. We have a generator outside for our chicken coop heater and winter lights. Could I potentially put them out there with my flock and keep them separated but visible so there isn't fighting?

If you're able to provide heat in an area that's also dry and draught-free, they should be fine.

It should even make integration easier, especially if you're able to open up their space before they get a whole lot bigger, in such a way that they can get in and out of their area but the bigger chickens can't get in.
