I have three pullets that I got recently and one of them flies a lot. I have no problem with this but she insists on flying high up in the run. this is also alright with me, but she has nowhere to fly to and she keeps on flapping about trying to get a grip on the side of the run.
I want to put a perch for her to fly to if she wants to in the run. Any advice?
width or length? etc.

A tree limb in the run can be fun for birds who are bored. Just attach it at the height you think. Without seeing your run i have no idea.
It can give them some amusement and a place to escape bullying.
Or you could clip one of her wings which would stop it.

I use tree limbs in my run as someone down the block from me had a tree loose some branches.
