So I underestimated how big chickens get, and how quick they do it. The cardboard box brooder just wasn't cutting it anymore. I built the coop and while it's not finished (shingles and paint and run) They are now outside and in the coop. I will keep them confined to the coop for another 3-4 weeks until I get the run built!
