Hi All, I had wonderful viability in the 18 eggs I set. 17 of them are going into lockdown. I've never hatched out more than 14 in this incubator. It is wall to wall eggs in there. No space between eggs. Is this a concern? I could bust out my old, much larger, incubator but I questioned how well it was holding temp. If I did that I'd divide the hatch. Any thought? It's a wonderful problem to have. Glad I relocated the incubator because it did wonders for the eggs! Thanks

You will be fine. Once a few chicks hatch out, take about half out at a time and you'll have no problem with too many chicks in there at a time.
