Don't have it.
Wouldn't buy it.
$1400 buys a lot of material for a proper coop.
The size of the coop is good for 8 birds, 10 pushing the limits, it doesn't have adequate ventilation and the interior layout could use some work.
Have you considered getting a shed and converting that instead? You can even find used sheds that you can hire a shed moving company to deliver and come out in a better position than with this coop.

I have one and for the price not that good. It’s cheap for a reason. I would suggest that before assembling you paint it with a good paint for outdoor use. They come with a very light paint coat and the wood is very cheap also. Made in China I’m sure. Mine is not the ez coop but they are all made by the same people. I would suggest you build your own , you can get designs off the internet some are free and buy good treated lumber. I built one and it lasted many years. Good luck
