Hello..
I know there has been tons of questions asked about when to put chicks outside but I just have a quick opinion question.
I have 15 chicks between 6 and 8ish weeks old (I believe). All are fully feathered except 5 still have some fuzz on their heads. We are getting some storms tonight and the overnight low is supposed to drop into the low 50's/high 40s. I sealed up most of the vents with a tarp since its supposed to be so nasty. I'm just wondering if they'll be ok with that low of temps for a night with no heat lamp. The lowest its gotten since I've put them out is high 60s. Is there enough of them huddled up to be ok?
thanks in advance
