Overnight temps!

They will certainly do fine at 60, probably lower than that if they can get out of any draft. If they aren't piled on top of one another, they are fine. (Likely they are cuddled next to each other.)

I have a similar question... my two week old chicks are in an outdoor [draft-free] brooder with my four week old chicks. They have a lamp-heated area that's at about 90-95 degrees, but are sleeping in an opposite corner of the brooder [where the older chicks hang out] where it's about 80-85 at night. Is this ok? The closed off area of the brooder is about 3'x4'.

95 is too hot for 2 week old chicks. That is the hottest you want for day olds. Drop 5 degrees per week. And it is not an exact science; their behavior is a better indicator than a thermometer. If they are staying away from the heat, it is too hot. If they get really overheated they will get less active, sleepier, etc. Overheating babies is as harmful as chilling them.
