Oxine Questions

Can you dilute it at all? Can you spray it on yourself to disinfect your clothes/shoes? Is it safe to use around chicks?

There are several Oxine threads in the Emergencies section. Yes, you super-dilute it-I put a teaspoon in a large spray bottle of water to spray shoes with for visitors. It must be diluted, but it's still extremely effective. Check the threads in Emergencies/Diseases for more detailed information.

The following thread also has some information about how Oxine helps kick out fungal lung infections that can be mistaken for MG, making it very useful indeed.

I clean everything with it. I have a bottle for inside the house and I've washed my eggs in a weak solution.
