Oyster Do I need them

One of my pullets started laying early. I'm feeding layer feed do I need to provide Oyster shells also.

Oyster shells are a calcium supplement for good egg shells. We don't give our pullets oyster shells. We crush up egg shells and put them give them to them. Eggs in, eggs out.
