when i was alittle girl i think i was more creative,i was always drawing on paper and painting with acrylics . never really involving myself in it, i pick it up when i feel like i want to paint and put it down when i loose interest .the beautiful thing about painting ,you can paint what you want,how you feel or see it .no matter how everyone else sees it.at one time i had so many paintings... i had them in the closet,behind the couch, the bookshelf and my son asked 'Mom what are we going to do with all these paintings?" and i sold them all on e-bay.i just picked up a canvas i started in 2002 i have a bunch of them i sketched on. 2 that were painted but i just wasnt done with them.I felt like painting a few weeks ago the sun was out and it was so pretty outside so i just brought out the paints and over the next 2 weeks finished those 2 paintings off and then i picked up a canvas that i left still in pencil and i started painting it in ,im almost done.My favorite things to paint are fantasy like jackalopes ,baby fairies,dragons things that i like and old houses with personality.

I did a huge series of baby fairies years ago - they where so much fun here is one of them
