pair or trio of bantoms?

I've got 10 large mixed breed hens free rangeing. I recently acquired a gorgeouse dutch bantom roo. The big girls are a bit mean and he won't even roost in the coop so made a separate perch and box for him. Can I get another femal dutch for him or is it best to get 2? Not sure if he'd pester just 1 too much?,

You should get at least 2 or more so that he doesn't pester 1 the whole time.

Thats what I thought but just wanted to confirm. Thanka for that. Can't stand seeing him lonely. He stays clear of the bigger hens as a few are so mean. Hope it settles. If not can put the bantams in another part. He's sooooo cute.
