Pale barred rock bantam

He is about a year and a half old. His wattles and comb went from red to pink. He stumbles around a doesnt flp his wings when I bring him up and down in my hand. He only eats scratch and nothing more. Can anyone please diagnose what it is?

It could be that all he's eating is the scratch and that's not really a good thing...it's sort of like if we ate chocolate and Doritos all the time...tastes good but no nutritional value.
I think you can use a game bird feed for him.
Layer pellets have too much calcium and could cause gout.
Have you checked his vent and wingpits for beasties?
Has he been wormed recently?

Try giving him some wet cat food, it has a lot of protien and might help.

He has not been wormed and no beasties under wing or vent. Where can I get him wormed as no vet around us does avian care

You'll need to get the wormer and do it yourself.
You can get it at most feed stores, and several places on line that sell poultry supplies.
