Pale eggs

Recently one of my hens has started laying pale eggs. Today I found one in the run not in the nesting box which is also weird. No one seems ill or stressed, I only have four hens.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what might be going on?

As they approach a molt (or the end of their laying cycle) the eggs can become lighter in color.

Then someone else laid an wrinkled egg today! Something going on here?
