Pale, lethargic chicken, unsure what's wrong

I have a year old easter egger who has been wandering around very slowly for the past month. She is the last one to come out when it's time for free ranging, and stays huddled up in a corner by her self. She has been eating, and has been drinking a ton! Just today she was standing in a puddle from a recent storm and just stood in the water, every now and then drinking some. I picked her up and she is very light. She usually looks like she is about to fall sleep, her eyes half closed and her face pale. I felt her for any lumps or anything, and it appears as if she is egg bound or constipated, for there is a round lump on her left side near her back end that is hard and a little smaller than an egg. Any suggestions of what is wrong, or what should I do??

I'm not sure a hen could survive a month being eggbound, so that may or may not be it.
A warm Epsom salt bath won't hurt to try.

Look very closely for any feather loss, skin irritations, and/or parasites.
I had an odd array of symptoms in one bird, similar to yours. Come to find out everyone has mites :'(

Have you ever dewormed your flock?
When was the last time she laid an egg?

The first thing that comes to mind, if she isn't laying, would be internal laying. Which doesn't usually end good.

Have you checked her over really well for lice and or mites?

Have you ever treated for possible coccidiosis? Has she eaten or drunk any water lately? Does she normally lay eggs? Can you see the lump near the vent, well enough to see it in a picture? It could be all kinds of things, such as internal laying, cancer, being kept from food and water, or parasites. How does her crop feel, and is it empty first thing in the morning? I would add vitamins and electrolytes to her water, and offer her some cooked chopped egg and chicken feed mixed with some warm water.
