Pale wattle

I noticed last night that my GLW had a remarkably pale comb and wattle. The flock has started there molt this past few weeks so I thought that was the cause. Today I noticed she is lethargic and won't eat her favorite treats. Is this anemia due to worms?

Chickens are really good at hiding their ailments so the sooner you find out what you are dealing with, the better. Try posting all the details you can think of over on the emergency link Chicken Girl1 has given you so the experts there can help figure out what's happening.
